Swimming

Since it has been so hot this summer I bought a small pool for Austin and Abby to swim in. They Love it!

New Dress

This last weekend Joel and Cindy were in town, so of course the guys had to play some computer games...which ended up being all afternoon :) Cindy and I went to some garage sales and I found some cute fabric for cheap. I decided to make a dress for Abby out of some of it. I have never made a dress for anyone besides myself but I decided I would attempt it. I think it turned out really cute. I guess we shall see on Sunday if it fits her. If not she will grow into it. :) I told Austin I would make him a tie to match so I guess that is the next project.

Yuck!

You would think that by the look on his face that he has just found a bowl of melted ice cream....if you think so you are wrong...I made Hamburgers and French Fries for dinner and made fry sauce to go with them fries..you got it he found the bowl of fry sauce.

He said it tasted really good....he was so happy I didn't stop him ( I probably should have but I had to take some pictures)

He even used his hands to make sure the bowl was completely empty.

Jesikah and Abby are always the best of friends when they are together. Here they are at the Zoo.

Mike was able to lift Austin up to feed the birds, he was pretty excited. He did however think it was going to bite him so when the bird would try to eat he would take away the stick.

Mike caught a bird on the ground for Austin to see. He didn't quite know what to do about that.

Austin and Ashlyn at the best of friends...or at least Austin thinks so...He was always saying "Ashlyn come on, Ashlyn come on" He wanted to play all the time.

A New friend

Austin has been very excited the last couple of days because Abby has started crawling around. Since she is big enough to crawl that must mean she is big enough to play now..right? We keep telling him that she is still little and he still has to be careful with her..he doesn't seem to remember very long when we tell him. Now he stands in the the hall and calls her..Abby..Abby....Abigail come here. It is so cute. He is so excited for a new friend to play with. Austin waited patiently for Abby to finish her bottle and now that it is gone he wants mom to take it away "here you go mom".
